*We do camp, work, sports (Kansas State High School Athletic Association), and DOT (Commercial Drivers License) physicals. For more extensive work physicals, like DOT/CDL, come in 9am to 4pm on Monday through Friday, and consider calling ahead to see how busy we are. Our PA, Scott Ford, is registered to do CDL physicals, and we will be reporting all CDLs to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration National Registry.
