Spotlight on Nursing Staff

Diane G. has been working at Minor Med for 19 years and loves it.  Diane graduated from Kansas University with a BS in Psychology as well as in nursing.  She loves nursing and believes that her psychology degree has also helped understand patients better.  Although Diane is considered one of the most caring and empathetic nurses in Kansas, she is able to triage and assist the provider in acute care needs as well.  She also works for R. Douglas Iliff MD and part time for Minor Med. 

Editor: Diane, What do you enjoy about working at Minor Med?

Diane: The providers and co-workers are wonderful to work with and I really enjoy the fellowship.

Editor: In your experience what do patients like about Minor Med?

Diane:  I hear patients complement the care and thoroughness that they receive at Minor Med.  Many talk about the convenience and location but most appreciate the provider’s attitudes and concern for them.
