We contract with the following insurance plans: If you do not have one of these types of insurance, you may still be seen but need to pay at the time of service and submit the bill to your own insurance company.

• Health Partners of Kansas

**Minor Med has terminated its contract with Coventry Health Care of Kansas effective 3/21/08.

Other insurance: If you don’t see your insurance on the list, we will still be happy to see you, but you will need to submit your own bill to the insurance company.

Medicare, Medicaid, or Tri-care: We will not be able to see you, even if you have a Federally insured plan like Medicare, Medicaid or Tricare even if you have other insurance or would like to pay for 100% of the visit.
