We contract with the following plans. Copays and deductibles are your responsibility at the time of service.

• ProviDRs Care Network (formerly WPPA)
• Great West Healthcare
• Humana
• Preferred Healthcare
• Health Partners of Kansas

Other insurance: If you do not have one of these types of insurance, you may still be seen and we will submit charges to your company for reimbursement to you, but full payment is expected at the time of service. If your insurance pays us directly, we will refund the overpayment to you.

Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE: Because we have opted out of Medicare, we cannot see patients with federally funded insurance, including Medicaid or TRICARE. Patients are not allowed to privately contract with Minor Med, use supplemental insurance, or pay cash for services. This seems odd in a free country, but we didn’t make the rules.
